Client Interviews
The first step in finding the best candidate for the job is determining the client’s specific requirements and expectations. An in-depth interview process ensures that we meet with the key personnel relevant to the mandate in order to gain a thorough appreciation of the corporate values and culture, and key success factors.
Candidate Search and Selection
Having determined the client’s needs, the process of identifying potential candidates can begin. Candidates are identified from various sources: through industry research, client input, our extensive network of contacts, and third-party referrals.
Candidates are evaluated on the basis of their background, their qualifications and their personal characteristics. At Shore & Associates, we firmly believe that an individual’s past performance is the best predictor of their future achievements.
Selected candidates are then presented to the client, along with Curriculum Vitae and interview reports. We maintain close contact with all parties throughout this process.
The Hiring Process
We undertake a thorough background check on the finalist candidate, in order to confirm their performance prior to a firm offer being presented.
Once the best candidate has been selected, we actively participate in the negotiation of employment terms to ensure that they are resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
