Barbara Shore, B.A., M.A., C.H.R.A. has worked in executive search since 1984, first with the firm now known as KPMG, and since 1994 as the founder and president of Shore & Associates. Barbara has gained a reputation for her uncompromising client service, and her ability to understand the nuances of each client’s specific environment. Barbara is a committed volunteer and sits on community agency boards. She also serves as a mentor to young women at early stages of their career. She was a founding coordinator for the IWF Montreal chapter mentoring program as well as the mentoring program for MBA students at McGill University.

Marie Wong, B.Sc. and a Certificate in Human Resources, has worked in the recruitment field since 1999. Marie consistently demonstrates her ability to target candidates with her disciplined approach, resourcefulness and professionalism that has resulted in consistent praise and appreciation from clients and candidates for her contribution to each mandate’s success. She is meticulous in her research and evaluates candidates based on a clear understanding of the client’s needs and company culture. Over the years, Marie has built a broad network of contacts and established strong professional relationships within the full range of functional professions, in public, private and non-profit organizations.

Michel Ohayon, B.A., M.B.A., joined Shore & Associates in 2010, having worked in the professional services and human resources industry since 2003. Michel has a strong client orientation and is recognized for his ability to master the particularities of diverse industries, cultures and issues. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of human resources issues, gained from spending six years at a global human resources consultancy, help provide strategic understanding of larger client challenges. Beyond his day job, Michel serves as a Director of organizations ranging from the private sector to various non-profits.
